Central Ohio Mayor’s Courts are state courts located in municipalities throughout central Ohio. They hear traffic cases, violations of city ordinances, and other misdemeanors; including DUI and OVI cases. Mayor’s Courts are not considered trial courts or courts of record, though cases can be transferred to a County Municipal Court if a trial is desired.
