Probst COVID-19 Response

On March 22, 2020, Dr. Amy Acton, M.D., Director of Health for the Ohio Department of Health, executed a Stay at Home Order, which requires that all persons remain in their home unless engaged in Essential Work or Activity. The Director’s Order provides that all Non-Essential Work must cease. Paragraph 12(u) of the Director’s Order states that professional services such as legal services are considered Essential Work or Essential Business.

In accordance with the Director’s Order, Probst Law Office, Inc., shall remain open for business to assist new and existing clients with legal matters in the defense of OVI and traffic charges, as well as providing experienced legal defense to clients charged with felony and misdemeanor criminal offenses in state and federal courts throughout Ohio.

We understand that these are unique and uncertain times not only in this State, but throughout this Country and globally. Our goal is to provide swift legal service and to assist clients while maintaining social distancing, and to provide reasonable payment options in this time of financial uncertainty. To that end, we will be available for 30 minute free video chat consultations using Zoom.

We remain open to assist clients 24/7.  Attorney Michael Probst has 20 years of legal experience. Please contact us for all your OVI, traffic and criminal defense needs or refer us with confidence to your friends and family members.
